  • Act on behalf of clients in the management of agricultural, residential and commercial property and property portfolios including rural estates.
  • Manage day to day maintenance issues as they arise.
  • Process rent demands and collect and distribute rental income.
  • Colate clients income accounts for submission to accoutants.
  • Outline and deliver strategic management plans developed in accordance with client's objectives.
  • Manage schemes of capital improvement and reinvestment schemes.
  • Provide initial point of contact between landlord and tenant and liaise between the parties.
